What does this mean? Chapter 82

This post is out of sequence. This Post is about events that occurred back in August, 2013. We seem to be a captive audience for Jesse Repash. Jesse likes to perform and this post is no exception but maybe you can offer an explanation. Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider have gone and  up and down near our shared property line riding ATVs, right outside our living room window for years. There have been days when Jesse has gone up and down about 20 times , always staring over here. Recently, he did a performance where he went about 1 mph staring at our house. Brett Schneider likes to go by and wave and holler, gawking to see if they got our attention.

Stalking 101-chapter 81

It was Oct. 8, 2013, 9 something and I was leaving to go pick Scott up from the bus. This event is not unusual. The Repashes know our schedule which we believe gives them an opportunity to plan harassment/stalking- like the bizarre witch stalking mentioned here on this blog. This post is out of sequence, time wise. There have been many times and documentations of Jesse Repash appearing to be waiting for us as we ingress and egress. Recently, I have noticed Debbie Repash standing near her parked car at night as I pass and appearing to be looking into her car window? Kind of strange? I suspect it is an event to provoke me to stare. I do notice it. I do have peripheral vision. There have been many times we document stalking. Like a burst of fire as I pass near their hoodoo fire pit at night as I pass.That must be "Magickal Jesse" doing his trick? There have been times that I have heard a male voice shout in the dark near the share property line as I put our dog in the car as I was going to get Scott, "here he comes".

This post is out of sequence. We reported to the Lower Saucon Township Police a theft of a motion activated  wildlife camera that was place in our rural mail box as a deterrent to harassment. The theft was discovered on Oct. 14, 2013 and reported to the Lower Saucon Township Police that day. Kyle Haggerty was the patrolman that responded to the call.  Todays date is Nov. 22, 2013 and we still haven't received the requested  copy of the police report from the Lower Saucon Township Police. Theft is a crime, even if it happens to Gay People.

Gun Fire, Chapter 79

The Gun fire has started up again. Jesse Repash has been on a jag. Going up and down at the shared property line on his ATV  giving us stares to get our attention. We hear it before we see it. He had a vanity plate on the front of the ATV for us to see for a while that said "Rev Neck"-cute. Anyway, there  seems to be a renewed interest in baiting us. Debbie put on a very vulgar disturbing show on Nov. 15, 2013. This past sunday,  Nov. 17, 2013 was no exception for Jesse.

It was 6:06 PM , on Nov.15, 2013, when we were leaving to go to Allentown to the opening of an Art Exhibit of Mike Sincavages Art at the Civic Theater Gallery- a very nice show. When I get the car out of the garage and turn to leave our headlight face up the drive toward the Repash Property. I didn't have the headlights on immediately as Scott walked up to move the sawhorse barrier. I did turn them on as I left, not knowing what we were about to experience.  The headlights give the Repashes a heads up that we are approaching. As we have passed the Repashes, they have done all sorts of harassing performances to get our attention.

As I mentioned before Jesse Repash is on a new jag. We believe they watch us constantly based on how Jesse behaves. We decided to make dinner earlier on Nov.15, because we were going to Mike's reception for his show, because we cook on the gas grill on Friday Night. We moved the grill to the side of the house which has given us a sense of privacy since there have been flood lights shone on us when I have cooked on the porch from the Repash property. Anyway what is recorded here are two versions of the same event. Jesse Repash likes to drive up the property line with his lights on his John Deere tractor shinning over our way to harass us. Look at the video. Our security system is motion and light activated and the light activated it. These light are shinning over intently. There have been times where they have shone in the window of Scott's studio to harass us.

 We believe the Lower Saucon Township Police indifference has emboldened the Repashs

                         "hey peckerhead/bonehead"?

It was Nov. 11, 2013, and I could sense the jag building all day.  We have both sensed that Jesse is in an up tic of baiting. Since we believe it is a joke to call the Lower Saucon Township Police for anything. We still haven't received the requested Police report of the "crime" of someone  stealing the Motion Activated Wildlife camera that was put in our mailbox to act as a deterrent to someone rummanging in our mailbox. We had been missing some mail. We are always flagerbgasted by the Police Reports. We believe the Police go out of their way to try to make us took foolish. Theft is a real crime . Jesse seems to have a bit of confidence in his current arrogance.

Chapter 75---WTF

                           
                                                                  Obsession?

We hand washed the Van on Saturday June 8, 2013. What we do is park the Element blocking the view from the Repash Property, so we have a semblance of privacy. We have to get the Elly out of the garage to get access to our riding and push mowers and we park it on our drive. We believe we are the only ones in the neighborhood that can actually get a car in their garage. Anyway, there is a pattern where Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider have sat on lawn furniture on Nursery Lane in front the Repash house for hours, yes I said hours,blocking the drive. There was one time we actually took note of how long they sat there, waving and saying mocking "hi"  toasting us with a beer can ,as we would cross our drive to our house and vice versa.  The one time was 5 Hours, yes  5 hours. Who has that much time too waste ?  But is is fun to harass the two Senior queers ! We believe they are trying to harass/bait us into a confrontation, we don't take the bait, we document. So when we block the line of site ,it seems to set Jesse off. Remember, that was the direction the gun was fired that put the real bullet hole in our dusk to dawn security light shade. Yes , the bullet hole that  we believe Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider know who put there. The bullet hole that  we believe the Lower Saucon Township Police know who put there and are protecting the assailant. Anyway, as I was on a step ladder washing the roof of the van, I could see Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider slithering down Nursery Lane toward our shared property line, slithering in a boastful manner, got flip of it. Then they turned down near the Repash Summer Kitchen. I continued to wash the Van, then in about 10 minutes or so they slithered  back up  Nursery Lane toward the Repash House. They like to posture like this, like two lost latch key lost souls. This was actually planned! Blah , Blah , Blah.

Chapter 74--Witch Hat or Dunce Cap?????

                            6/4/13 Leaving-Act 1


 We have a very consistent schedule. It is not a challenge to monitor our ingress and egress. Scott gets the same bus 4 nights a week from NYC, occasionally he gets a later one, but most of the time he gets that bus. I move the barrier on Nursery lane prior to getting him but generally leave to pick him up around 8:45 PM. This can be documented. On June 4, 2013  , I got the call from Scott  from the bus from NYC that he was approaching the Hellertown park and ride. I got the car out of the garage and parked it on our lot to go get the dog. The dog has been hesitant recently , like he is sensing something,to get into the car at night recently. He seems to be into sensing something next door, he stares up the drive toward the Repash Property every night recently that we get into the car. I left our property at 9:07 PM.  Earlier in the evening , after the news he was barking toward the drive from our sliding glass doors. A region that we have seen Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider standing staring at our house and property. Anyway, after I got him in the car, I noticed that there was someone walking with a flashlight on the upper side of Nursery Lane on the Repash property across from their parking pad. It created concern, my gut spoke. Since we believe their has been a up tic in the pattern exhibited by noticing  Jesse sitting next to the drive in the dark staring at us as we pass at night  (I do have peripheral vision and concerns because of the history). I have paid attention to that region since there was an event when as I passed,someone  jumped out from behind Jesse's truck and shinned and red laser like beam in my eyes as I passed in the car one night. We believe that  staring is  meant to create concern. I find it meanceing which I believe is it purpose to be. Anyway as I was driving out on Nursery Lane and I noticed Brett Schneider and Jesse Repash near their ATV's parked feet to the shared drive  in the dark, their floods were off, staring at me which heightened concern. We have a dash board cam for protection-the police know it. Then as I passed, Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider my concern heightened-my gut was pinging. We keep the windows closed and the radio on so if their is any dispute of time, anyone could check WXPN's play list for a time line.   Anyway as I passed them, I was alarmed to witness Debbie Repash standing next to the shared drive, to my left, staring at me with a flash light under her chin to light her face in an haunting,sinister and meancing manner, wearing a pointed witches hat, moving her mouth in what appeared to be an very exaggerated manner-like she was hollering something , while staring at me as I passed. She may have been saying something but I didn't hear it, I keep the window closed. That explains the flashlight and person I saw next to the drive when I was preparing to leave our property to pick up Scott. I commented to myself how weird the whole experience was since they were waiting/stalking for me, like an ambush. It was planned and even propped and with a wardrobe. I was shocked and very concerned. This was staged. 

Chapter 73-Golf Balls

                                            

When the two Lower Saucon Township Police offieres were here on April 6, 2013, we mentioned the golf balls we have accumulated over time. We mentioned that we made a call some time ago and Officer Marth showed up. Officer Marth told  us that reporting harassment would only escalate it. That didn't prevent us from getting a bullet hole in our security light that we believe is a threat and retaliation and a warning because  Jesse Repash was forced to move his ATV that he had parked on Nursery Lane for hours baiting us in the recent past. That is the reason I made the most recent 911 call and told the police that we will continue to do so if it happens again. A day when Jesse repash and Brett Schneider taunted/harassed us to get our attention. Anyway, Corporal Connel gave us the impression that we should be reporting the golf balls. We said why? If we report a bullet hole and Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider are NOT interviewed in the original police report and we believe the Lower Saucon Township Police go out of their way to make us look foolish and just blow smoke.

Chapter 72-Walking up drive to get mail

This entry photo is a photo our our mail box after someone damaged it. We never reported it to the Lower Saucon Township Police. If fact there have been many act that we never call the police to record because we believe they always try to make us look like fools when we do. That is why it has been duct taped to keep it together. We believe we know who has done the damage. It probably is the same person who had been opening our mailbox early evening several nights a week.

Chapter 71--Toy Cannon Fire

It was April 11, 2013 around 3:45 p.m.. I was in the kitchen and I thought I heard a loud sound of sorts coming from the direction of Brett Schneider's property, near the shared property line, similar to gun fire. In a few minutes, I heard it again then again. Our dog became agitated at the first bang. He has alerted us many times to the gun fire that is close to our house, especially at night. Recently we have heard, what we believed to be a single gun shot at night that appears to come from the Repash Property, near our shared property line. Our dog would all of a sudden start barking which alerted us to the sound.We were startled but didn't really know what it was at first. However it would not continue so identification was difficult . We don't believe it is wise to go outside our home to investigate the source gun fire at night. We already have a bullet hole in our security light shade that proves that the bullet came from a gun fired from the Repash property. We believe the Lower Saucon Township Police are letting Jesse Repash get away with putting the hole in the shade. We believe Brett Schneider was a witness.

Chapter 70--Parked on Nursery Lane/911 call--BS

What I find sort of sad is the women, Julie Hackler, leaving this message on our machine doesn't believe a word she is saying.  The awkwardness is obvious.

We can pick up on the manic stalking vibe of Jesse Repash. I was watching the evening news, eating dinner and I heard the din of Jesse's ATV while sitting in the living room. However, I noticed something earlier when I took out some dog fur to put in the garden. As I was walking back to the house, I could see the silhouette of Jesse standing in front of their porch, looking down here. I even went back and turned around and walked back to our porch  to double check and he was indeed standing and looking down here. Anyway, his drive by, like the one's we have become accustomed to, was part of the bigger picture- a heads up. He even did a few on saturday April 6 for the police that we announced "show time".

Chapter 69--Hoodoo fire

On April 6, 2013 there was a Hoodoo fire that we 

believe is meant for us to see . Scott was cleaning 

the grill and he heard the  commotion meant

to get his attention. Jesse was throwing accelerant on 

the fire which is demonstrated in the photos. He heard 

what sounded like  Debbie Repash shout, "you almost 

killed me", responding the explosive nature of the 

accelerant.  He also heard them burping. He said he 

believes it sounded like they were burping his name 

and mine to get his attention. We have also heard in 

the past them imitating the ribbit of a frog but repeating

 "faggot, faggot, faggot". These fires seem to coincide 

with us calling the police or us ignoring Jesse when his 

hackle is up. The fires use to occur regularly.

Here are some video evidence to watch. When Corp. Connel and Officer Roxberry were at our home on April 6, 2013, we both got the impression that Roxberry was trying to berate our perception of events. You could see Corp. Connel process information but we both suspected that Roxberry was throwing curve ball all the time. He was the Patrolman who showed up years ago when we reported the dead Rat that was put at our door step. The absolute first thing he said when he saw the actual Rat was "it doesn't look like a rat to me" to which I replied, "then what does it look like"- what a bazaar question for him to ask- shell game. It has always seemed that overtime when we ask a question of the  Lower Saucon Township Police, they throw us a curve ball. Then he asked how our stalking case with Leonard Repash went. He sat in the  District Magistrate's, Diane Repyneck, courtroom while we had our preliminary hearing. We resounded that we believe that we were railroad into dropping the  stalking charges. He seemed a little curious. He was on the two way with Williams, the officer that told us he didn't approve of the Gay Lifestyle. But what we both found curious is that when we were going into some detail. we heard Williams on the two way say "get out of there". That struck us as odd.

Chapter 67--Unannounced visit by Lower Saucon Township Police on April 6,2013

 Below is our response letter to the visit made by the Lower Saucon Township Police. As is mention in the texted it created more questions than answers. We believe it was just blowing smoke on the police behalf. Looking for wiggle room rather than resolve. This visit was prompted by our vist to the Northampton County District Attorney's Office on April 5,2013

We slept on the exchange that occurred on Saturday, 

April 6, 2013 and still believe and feel no sense of 

security that any future harassment/stalking involving 

the Repashes or Brett Schneider will be treated with 

any serious concern as demonstrated in the past. 

The reality that Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider were 

not even interviewed in the report concerning the 

bullet hole in our security light shade doesn't 

fostera sense of security. We suspect, for some reason, 

that they have been protected. Again, we have dozens of

 videos of real gun fire that we believe is staged to 

harass and stalk us. We felt that most every incidence 

of harassment and stalking we discussed was willfully

 minimized to appear to make   us look foolish, 

like a shell game .

Chapter 66--Easter Sunday 2013

 It was Easter Sunday, March 31, 2013 and to no surprise, gun fire happens. What is disturbing is that Easter Sunday is one of the Holiest of Christian Holiday and a day of reverence. At least that is how I was raised. We believe it to be incredibly ignorant how little respect was show to those families that had company and an Easter Brunch that they would have been serenaded by gun fire while having an egg hunt with the kids and relaxing with family members. When we report what we believe to be menacing gun fire we are told that we are hearing "toy cannon fire" and not real gun fire. Does this sound like "toy cannon" to you? Multiple calibers were use that day.

Chapter 65--LED

On Feb. 27, 2013 at 8:33 P.M. I moved the barrier at the property line of the shared drive, Nursery Lane. I call Scott as I walk up just in case I have company. There have been times I believed we have heard burping near the summer kitchen, branching snapping, but ignored it. Jesse has even come out onto the Porch as we approach the barrier to move it. We have gotten accustomed to what we believe to be menacing behavior. What was unusual was I saw a small clear LED flashing  clear and a red light behind the Repash home as I walked up to move the barrier. Not flashing in a pattern, very random.
