WTF- chapter 78

                                                                     Leaving



It was 6:06 PM , on Nov.15, 2013, when we were leaving to go to Allentown to the opening of an Art Exhibit of Mike Sincavages Art at the Civic Theater Gallery- a very nice show. When I get the car out of the garage and turn to leave our headlight face up the drive toward the Repash Property. I didn't have the headlights on immediately as Scott walked up to move the sawhorse barrier. I did turn them on as I left, not knowing what we were about to experience.  The headlights give the Repashes a heads up that we are approaching. As we have passed the Repashes, they have done all sorts of harassing performances to get our attention.

As I mentioned before Jesse Repash is on a new jag. We believe they watch us constantly based on how Jesse behaves. We decided to make dinner earlier on Nov.15, because we were going to Mike's reception for his show, because we cook on the gas grill on Friday Night. We moved the grill to the side of the house which has given us a sense of privacy since there have been flood lights shone on us when I have cooked on the porch from the Repash property. Anyway what is recorded here are two versions of the same event. Jesse Repash likes to drive up the property line with his lights on his John Deere tractor shinning over our way to harass us. Look at the video. Our security system is motion and light activated and the light activated it. These light are shinning over intently. There have been times where they have shone in the window of Scott's studio to harass us.

 We believe the Lower Saucon Township Police indifference has emboldened the Repashs

                         "hey peckerhead/bonehead"?

It was Nov. 11, 2013, and I could sense the jag building all day.  We have both sensed that Jesse is in an up tic of baiting. Since we believe it is a joke to call the Lower Saucon Township Police for anything. We still haven't received the requested Police report of the "crime" of someone  stealing the Motion Activated Wildlife camera that was put in our mailbox to act as a deterrent to someone rummanging in our mailbox. We had been missing some mail. We are always flagerbgasted by the Police Reports. We believe the Police go out of their way to try to make us took foolish. Theft is a real crime . Jesse seems to have a bit of confidence in his current arrogance.

Chapter 75---WTF

                           
                                                                  Obsession?

We hand washed the Van on Saturday June 8, 2013. What we do is park the Element blocking the view from the Repash Property, so we have a semblance of privacy. We have to get the Elly out of the garage to get access to our riding and push mowers and we park it on our drive. We believe we are the only ones in the neighborhood that can actually get a car in their garage. Anyway, there is a pattern where Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider have sat on lawn furniture on Nursery Lane in front the Repash house for hours, yes I said hours,blocking the drive. There was one time we actually took note of how long they sat there, waving and saying mocking "hi"  toasting us with a beer can ,as we would cross our drive to our house and vice versa.  The one time was 5 Hours, yes  5 hours. Who has that much time too waste ?  But is is fun to harass the two Senior queers ! We believe they are trying to harass/bait us into a confrontation, we don't take the bait, we document. So when we block the line of site ,it seems to set Jesse off. Remember, that was the direction the gun was fired that put the real bullet hole in our dusk to dawn security light shade. Yes , the bullet hole that  we believe Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider know who put there. The bullet hole that  we believe the Lower Saucon Township Police know who put there and are protecting the assailant. Anyway, as I was on a step ladder washing the roof of the van, I could see Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider slithering down Nursery Lane toward our shared property line, slithering in a boastful manner, got flip of it. Then they turned down near the Repash Summer Kitchen. I continued to wash the Van, then in about 10 minutes or so they slithered  back up  Nursery Lane toward the Repash House. They like to posture like this, like two lost latch key lost souls. This was actually planned! Blah , Blah , Blah.

Chapter 74--Witch Hat or Dunce Cap?????

                            6/4/13 Leaving-Act 1


 We have a very consistent schedule. It is not a challenge to monitor our ingress and egress. Scott gets the same bus 4 nights a week from NYC, occasionally he gets a later one, but most of the time he gets that bus. I move the barrier on Nursery lane prior to getting him but generally leave to pick him up around 8:45 PM. This can be documented. On June 4, 2013  , I got the call from Scott  from the bus from NYC that he was approaching the Hellertown park and ride. I got the car out of the garage and parked it on our lot to go get the dog. The dog has been hesitant recently , like he is sensing something,to get into the car at night recently. He seems to be into sensing something next door, he stares up the drive toward the Repash Property every night recently that we get into the car. I left our property at 9:07 PM.  Earlier in the evening , after the news he was barking toward the drive from our sliding glass doors. A region that we have seen Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider standing staring at our house and property. Anyway, after I got him in the car, I noticed that there was someone walking with a flashlight on the upper side of Nursery Lane on the Repash property across from their parking pad. It created concern, my gut spoke. Since we believe their has been a up tic in the pattern exhibited by noticing  Jesse sitting next to the drive in the dark staring at us as we pass at night  (I do have peripheral vision and concerns because of the history). I have paid attention to that region since there was an event when as I passed,someone  jumped out from behind Jesse's truck and shinned and red laser like beam in my eyes as I passed in the car one night. We believe that  staring is  meant to create concern. I find it meanceing which I believe is it purpose to be. Anyway as I was driving out on Nursery Lane and I noticed Brett Schneider and Jesse Repash near their ATV's parked feet to the shared drive  in the dark, their floods were off, staring at me which heightened concern. We have a dash board cam for protection-the police know it. Then as I passed, Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider my concern heightened-my gut was pinging. We keep the windows closed and the radio on so if their is any dispute of time, anyone could check WXPN's play list for a time line.   Anyway as I passed them, I was alarmed to witness Debbie Repash standing next to the shared drive, to my left, staring at me with a flash light under her chin to light her face in an haunting,sinister and meancing manner, wearing a pointed witches hat, moving her mouth in what appeared to be an very exaggerated manner-like she was hollering something , while staring at me as I passed. She may have been saying something but I didn't hear it, I keep the window closed. That explains the flashlight and person I saw next to the drive when I was preparing to leave our property to pick up Scott. I commented to myself how weird the whole experience was since they were waiting/stalking for me, like an ambush. It was planned and even propped and with a wardrobe. I was shocked and very concerned. This was staged. 

Chapter 73-Golf Balls

                                            

When the two Lower Saucon Township Police offieres were here on April 6, 2013, we mentioned the golf balls we have accumulated over time. We mentioned that we made a call some time ago and Officer Marth showed up. Officer Marth told  us that reporting harassment would only escalate it. That didn't prevent us from getting a bullet hole in our security light that we believe is a threat and retaliation and a warning because  Jesse Repash was forced to move his ATV that he had parked on Nursery Lane for hours baiting us in the recent past. That is the reason I made the most recent 911 call and told the police that we will continue to do so if it happens again. A day when Jesse repash and Brett Schneider taunted/harassed us to get our attention. Anyway, Corporal Connel gave us the impression that we should be reporting the golf balls. We said why? If we report a bullet hole and Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider are NOT interviewed in the original police report and we believe the Lower Saucon Township Police go out of their way to make us look foolish and just blow smoke.

This entry photo is a photo our our mail box after someone damaged it. We never reported it to the Lower Saucon Township Police. If fact there have been many act that we never call the police to record because we believe they always try to make us look like fools when we do. That is why it has been duct taped to keep it together. We believe we know who has done the damage. It probably is the same person who had been opening our mailbox early evening several nights a week.
