Chapter 63--Gun Fire, Peaceful, Quiet , Enjoyment, Part 3
More examples of Gun Fire . This isn't a record of all the events. But this gives you a pattern. Often after each deplay of might, Jesse does, what we have termed a victory lap. He drives up near the shared property line on his ATV near our house and gives us menacing stares as he passes. We have recently started to keep our garage door closed because we suspect he does a drive -by to see if it is open. Generally if it is, we are home. It isn't any fun to fire guns unless you can embellish the event knowing we are home being serenaded by gun fire . It may sweeten the forbidden Fruit.
Chapter 62--Gun Fire, Peaceful, Quiet Enjoyment, Part 2
Chapter 61--Gun Fire, Peaceful, quiet Enjoyment? Part 1
We make a record of Gun Fire. However when we have a record of reporting the event to the police, we believe the Lower Saucon Township Police try to ridicule us by claiming in the reports that we are not really calling about real Gun Fire but we are reporting " toy cannon fire". Yes that is what the reports claim. You be the judge. So we can assume the the bullet hole in the shade of our security lamp shade was put there by a toy cannon. When we heard the gun fir is no coincidence.

Chapter 60--Defiant Trespass?
Defiant Trespass,March 2 , 2012
The lead video here is out of sequence. The lead video is for March 2012. Month prior to that we heard chain sawing on our land near ALpine Drive. We have 60 feet of road frontage. Brett Schneider's property is to the East and the Repash Property is to the West. Jesse has a habit of making the property boundaries clear. We believe he paints the pins several times a year. The section that establishes our shared property lines has 2 pins that he is responsible for. When he told the Police on Dec.1, 2012 when they were call to our home in another matter, that he was not familiar with the property lines, that was a LIE. What else is new?

Chapter 59-- Deer Hunters?
Flash Orange
It was 3:00 p.m. on Saturday Dec. 1, 2012 when we noticed someone in Flash Orange walking near our shared property line with the Repashes while decorating our indoor Christmas Tree. We then noticed from our deck that some person was in a tree stand just behind our home. We had no idea who it was and what weapons they had but we believe that they were within the Safety distance for Hunting from a Home established by the Lower Saucon Township and Pennsylvania Game Commission. We called the Police. The video above was done as I walked up the drive to remove the barrier we keep on the road. As I walk back, half through the video there is a very quick glance of the Flash Orange of someone in the tree. It show how close they are to our house-too close considering the animosity that we believe Jesse and Brett have created.

Chapter 58--Routine?
We decided that we were going to winterize our push and riding mowers. We back our car out of the garage and back it up the drive on our land. We park in on a slight angel to block the view from the Repash Property. Not that we have anything to hide. It is just that we don't like an audience when we do chores. There have been saturdays where we have done this and we beleive it just set Jesse Repash off. Like rearranging the furniture in a house to mess us a cat. One of the reasons we started to do is is because Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider have sat on Nursery Lane, the shared dive, in lawn furniture for hours, yes hours on Saturadays. Yes we have evidence. The record is 5 continuous HOURS on a saturday. We cross the drive to get to our garage and often Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider have made calls of sorts, mockingly waved to get our attention as we went to and from our garage. They bait us to look and investigate. We go to our garage because we actually put things away when we are not using them and we keep our lawn and garden tools in the garage. Anyway we find being stalked intrusive and we have reasonable expectations when we do our chores that we don't have an audiance.
