Chapter 97 -twisted

                       Leaving Aug.20, 5:44 PM, 2017

If we get our car out of the garage and park in on our drive--as if we were going to be leaving our property, especially in warmer weather--we believe it increases the risk of a passive/aggressive action from Jesse Repash. Actions like Jesse standing at his door, uttering "fuckwad" and actions similar to this. There have been many times where it appears he tried to beat us to the drive on one of his outdoor vehicles just to harass us. There have been times he has tailgated us on the drive to create alarm. There has been a decrease in events that we believe has occurred because Repash doesn't have the opportunities to twist the event to be happenstance. Scott is no longer commuting to NYC for work 4 days a week on a schedule, so our actions aren't predictable. As I say, getting our car out of the garage and parking it on our drive seems to be a reliable factor for being guarded.
We have been having a somewhat regular schedule of leaving at that time and it created a pattern.

Coming home, Aug. 20, 6:39 PM

We were driving up Nursery Lane, leaving our property, and I was wearing a body cam and the dashboard cam was running so I had mobility. As we were approaching Alpine, Jesse was coming towards the right side of our car on his lawn tractor. As you can see, he came very close and gave us the clear impression that he was trying to ram the side of the car as we passed. The video here is a screen shot of the original HD but done in slow mo for detail. We were stunned and alarmed. He then tailgated us up Nursery Lane then turned onto his land.  He then shouted "assholes" as we passed and seemed to parallel us on Alpine Drive as we were leaving. His father tried to ram our car from the side so often that we always carried a camera in the car and have several photos of Leonard appearing to try to ram us from the side or harass us with his tractor. There was even a time last summer when we got the impression that we were followed in their car into town--probably to see where we were going.

Very often when we left on Nursery Lane, especially on weekends, there was a greeting committee when we returned made up of Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider who would stare etc. as we passed--laugh and salute with beer bottles at 10:00am. We were not surprised to see that it appeared that Jesse was waiting for us on his lawn tractor on the drive when we returned. We think he expected that we would confront him about his actions when we left and then he can call the Lower Saucon Township Police with some claim of sorts. We even had a Lower Saucon Township police officer say to us "why doesn't he just buy your road rights". We have terra-bytes of memory of our comings and goings. This event occurred after he had baited us and then called the police. He started on the drive and pulled next to the drive in his parking area and appeared to anticipate a verbal reaction from us. After we passed, we heard him shouting something unintelligible when we got out of the car and walked to our home. We didn't call the police because we believe they would try to make us look foolish again. We had an officer tell us years ago to not report harassment because it would only make it worse. We also had a Lower Saucon Township officer tell us that we could save ourselves a lot of trouble by putting in our own road. Yet we still document. We have estimated that only a small percentage of the harassment events are exhibited here on this blog.
