Chapter 64--Classic Example of Stalking

 This post is classic. It shows a clear time line of what we believe is stalking and has been going on for some time. This is not coincidence. We didn't clean the snow off Nursery lane from the snow fall on Dec. 29, 2012. We weren't going anywhere today. Jesse eventually cleaned it the morning of Dec. 30. We like to stay away if there is potential for him to be there and ambush us as we remove the snow with his heavy equipment. Since it has been declared that we can't walk on Nursery Lane, any event with Jesse Repash being there , we believe is a compromising situation. We cleaned Nursery Lane last week but he wasn't there when we cleaned it. However today, Dec. 30 , 2012 we could hear his John Deere coming  up down to the shared property line and back up the drive in the afternoon, hours after he cleared the drive. He didn't have the bucket down, we believe it was a show to bait us or he was just packing the snow ( went out to get mail at 12 ish Dec. 31, and it is a fact that Jesse was packing the snow/icy slush and creating a icy spot which we have on video. I put an Eco Friendly Ice  blue melt on it. It appears that he salted the entire drive).  Again, we stayed in the house when we believe he is baiting us. However we do sense when things are brewing and we can hear.

Today at 4:02-45 sec. our security system recorded Scott existing our kitchen door and going left off the porch with our dog. Something he does around the same time each day when he is here. It is not difficult to monitor our behavior if that is what concerns you. It is not uncommon to have a schedule, is it ? Scott and the dog, then go around the deck , the usual path. On the second video you can see Scott pause in the flash orange behind our deck because the revving engine of an ATV to the left, got his attention near the shared property line with the Repash property. You can see Scott's flash orange behind our deck as he pauses. Then to the far left you can see an ATV going down next to the shared property line at 4:04-30 sec. PM.  About 1.5 minutes after he steps off the porch. The ATV was paralleling Scott as he walks down our groomed path, basically following him. 


This has happened before and this post is documentation of the timing-not coincidence. We believe this is a classic example of Stalking- to create alarm and concern. They watch to see us leave our house then the ATV starts up, then follows us down the shared property line. This has happened  often enough to be considered a pattern. Often enough to be a predictable pattern. Then at 4:07 PM the ATV comes back up the shared property line. I was upstairs when I heard then saw the ATV coming back but the person riding it wasn't as fat and dumpy as Jesse but had on a flash orange knit hat. Like they were trying to disguise the rider. We sensed it was staged to bait us again for some reason. Scott said they came down near the property line then quickly turned around and came back up. We both saw the man and we believe it could be Gregory Marino, another neighbor who lives on Alpine Drive. One of the 4 neighbors who we believe Lower Saucon Township Road employees sealed their macadam driveway on a sunday a few years back. Two weeks ago we saw Gregory Marino going down at the shared property line  on the same worn path on his red ATV and our security system got him going by. We both saw him from our 2nd floor window on his Red ATV on Dec. 15, 2012. Today the ATV looked like Jesse's, it wasn't Red, it was dark. The noise is what gets our attention. After all, the gun was fired form the Repash Property area that put the bullet hole in our security light from that direction. We saw Gregory Marino, riding standing up on his ATV down the property line  on Dec. 15, 2012 which seems to be his customary way of riding. We listened to the sound , expecting gun fire. He went down to the bottom of the Repash property and the sound had him traveling towards Alpine Drive where we saw him meet Jesse Repash who was farting around on his John Deere at Alpine Drive or was he waiting to hear our response. Maybe waiting  to share a mission accomplished. We sensed that this was a staged event to create alarm and concern. Why?

Also, as Scott was on the walk, walking across behind the house as he was ending the walk today, he heard a single gunshot coming from near Bret Schneider's garage area.  I heard something but didn't know what it was. Usually there are more than one gun shot. It appeared to be timed when he came from behind our barn into the open . Not hard to spot since he is wearing Flash Orange as seen in the video.

So is Gregory Marino  now officially part of team Repash? If so , that would be 3 different neighbors whose crosshairs we are  in. Those old queers just need to be shown their place?
