Instant Karma chapter 100

                             Oct 12, 2019 Wipe Out
                                                             wipe out scene

This happened on October 12, 2019. Scott takes our dog for a walk at a scheduled time, give or take 15 minutes. It is not hard to stalk us and get an idea of our movements and timing.  He had just gotten back and was on the plateau with our dog and he heard a roar like he never heard before. It sounded like multiple  ATVs gunning their engines and going fast to get the sound effect and our attention near the shared property line with the Repashs. We believe this was meant to mock us, mimicking the activity of Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider  that took place many times and was recently described in a letter to Priscilla DeLeon, chair of the Lower Saucon Township Council.
Similar activity took place on the day that a gun was fired from the Repash Property that we believe put the bullet holes in our property. Earlier in that day, Jesse Repash was  forced to remove his ATV that was parked on the shared drive for hours which we believe was meant to harass us and provoke us into a confrontation. We believe the harassment didn't go as planned on Oct. 12, 2019.
Our first hunch was that the person who wiped out was James ( Jim ) King, a neighbor down the road. Jim (James) King and his wife Jessica King have what we believe to be a hobby farm/petting zoo on Alpine Drive called Blue Barnyard. The only interaction I've had with her was at a local garden center where I felt she was hostile to me. Every time we have passed the property and James King has been near the road, he has given us the stink eye for some reason. There was a time, all documented on video, that I rescued their 3 dogs from Alpine drive and tried to herd them back onto their property and Jim never said thank you for my kindness and thoughtfulness because he saw me doing it. It took me about 10 minutes.
Jessica King has an Instagram page promoting her operation and I left a note on her page. I have since been blocked but I saved the interaction. She had a post that her husband had an accident and he was in the hospital. I asked her if this accident occurred on Nursery Lane. We have a video of her husband trying to get up after he was driving recklessly and too fast and could not make a turn and crashed into the bank, ultimately being thrown off the ATV. It was him and I believe her reply was hostile since she never saw our video. We believe the King's opinion of us has been poisoned by Jesse Repash and his wife Deborah--the property owners where the wipe out occurred, as well as Brett Schneider (the neighbor who bragged to us that he and his son Michael stole our barn wood). Here is her posted reply to me which had been posted on Instagram. We suspect they are challenged by two senior gay men riding tall in the saddle. We are gay senior citizens, we don't need this shit. We don't need people minimizing the impact of this staged harassment on our lives. We believe there is no one who has had interaction with us that could say anything negative about us other than we are private people.
We have many questions about the wipe out. We believe the actions leading to it were staged, an organized event, timed to a schedule and was meant to be harassing. We have since learned that on that day there was a gang of adults recklessly riding their ATVs on Alpine Drive. The source said they believed the gang was comprised of Brett Schneider, Gregory Marino (an ICE cop), an unidentified male ( which we believe could  be Johnson- a Hellertown Cop) and James King. This explains the roar of engines Scott heard that got his attention. It startled him, he never heard a roar like that near by--it was disorienting and shocking. I was in the house and heard the roar that I could not immediately identify. There could have been four ATV's doing the harassment. Jesse Repash was home when the event occurred and he immediately cleaned up the debris that was on the drive as a result of the wipeout. Did he call the Police? These are adults ranging in age from 40-something to 60 years old, not latch-key kids. We believe It was actually staged for maximal effect and the only way that anyone would know the schedule that Scott has in walking our dog would be done by stalking us. It is amazing to see how eager James King was to "get out of Dodge" and we believe his action to flee, despite having been injured, was an admission of guilt/wrong doing. The voice on the recording shouting from Alpine Drive, "are you OK" we believe was Gregory Marino, however he didn't come down to offer aid to King. Scott was going to render aid, but King sped off. This wipeout wasn't in their plan. Instant Karma.
We wonder if the wipeout was reported to the Police? ( it wasn't) We wonder if they are telling the truth as to where the wipeout occurred. and why he was in that spot. We have many questions that we hope get answered. We suspect the truth isn't being told and we believe the Lower Saucon Township Police will attempt to cover up the event, based on our experience with them.
We do not believe any of this harassment would be occurring if we were a heterosexual couple.

Below is the Instagram message I sent to Jessica King making an inquiry to see if the accident she mentioned on Instagram in which her husband had where he was injured and a visit to the Emergency Room occurred on Nursery Lane.

Below is her gracious reply. This is her reply without viewing any documentation of the event. How can you help someone who is making every effort to get away ? Makes us wonder if she was told the truth about where the accident occurred.

This is the short video of Jesse Repash Cleaning up the accident scene,
