Below is our response letter to the visit made by the Lower Saucon Township Police. As is mention in the texted it created more questions than answers. We believe it was just blowing smoke on the police behalf. Looking for wiggle room rather than resolve. This visit was prompted by our vist to the Northampton County District Attorney's Office on April 5,2013
Lower Saucon Township Police
Attention
Corporal Connell and Officer Roxberry
We slept on the exchange that occurred on Saturday,
April 6, 2013 and still believe and feel no sense of
security that any future harassment/stalking involving
the Repashes or Brett Schneider will be treated with
any serious concern as demonstrated in the past.
The reality that Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider were
not even interviewed in the report concerning the
bullet hole in our security light shade doesn't
fostera sense of security. We suspect, for some reason,
that they have been protected. Again, we have dozens of
videos of real gun fire that we believe is staged to
harass and stalk us. We felt that most every incidence
of harassment and stalking we discussed was willfully
minimized to appear to make us look foolish,
like a shell game .
It is not unreasonable for us to be suspicious by what
we believe to be the Lower Saucon Township Police's
dismissiveness of that bullet hole. Until someone is
charged for that crime, we will believe, along with
all who have continued to
hear of our circumstance and events, that we are in
harms way. That bullet hole is proof.
We believe that the two most recent police reports
suppliedto us by the Police are not accurate to the
degree of information we reported. We need to know who
is or isn't responsible for creating the ATV path
through our land near Alpine drive.
Our videos of the event during Hurricane Sandy totally
discredit the information in the Police report. We have
a record that reinforces that it may have been staged
to create concern. We have a video of earlier in the
day documenting our future concern of later in the day.
We still believe that for some reason,
Jesse Repash
and Brett Schneider are being protected. As far as
writing Chris Garges, we mentioned that we have a
record of writing him before. We believe he was
evasive and didn't respond to our request for
information. We have no reason to believe that it
would be any different this time. As we mentioned
about the speed bumps on the shared drive, we saw and
have video of the township truck
parked doing work on Nursery Lane on September 10,
2011 and also have video of the Township truck
hauling
a compressor that sealed 4 different drives in our
neighborhood of
Alpine Drive on Sept 17, 2011, including Nursery Lane.
We are also aware of a reluctant witness who saw the
Township truck hauling the compressor doing the
sealing of a drive. You
both expressed serious concern about the added hazard
for emergency access because of the speed bumps and
so
have
others. But we wonder why Lower Saucon road workers
are
performing work on private property on weekends?
As was
stated, Tom Maxfield never responded to a e-mail
request for clarification of the township doing work
on private property.
It is a big disappointment that we believe that
nothing was really accomplished by the exchange and
feel no different about our vulnerability and the lack
of concern. What we believe to be an "in your face"
performance on the evening of
our exchange on April 6, only confirmed what we
believe to be the reality that we are in the
crosshairs of an obsession/stalking. The interchange
on April 6 for us, created more questions that answers.
We believe that this is about shooting the messenger
and
not getting the message. We are disappointed. Sincerely Scott Bolestridge / Jerry Kott
