Why we stay?

It was an early November morning and Scott went to what we call the "pond window" after he got out of bed to open the blind. He rarely does that but this morning there was a revelation. We don't buy fish for our pond because  we live in the country and it is impossible to totally protect them. We have create many different sorts of fish hides to protect the fish from the Blue Heron and Great White Egret. But we didn't realize that there were other active predators who have more skill at swimming under water and staying under for the time it takes to get food. The fish hide in our fish hides. We have dozens of various frog families that have taken up habitation and some snapping turtles. So when Scott looked out the window and saw vigorous water movement, he called me.

A Day In Gay America is a project initiated The Advocate Magazine. I recall reading that the advocate is the oldest Gay Publication in the United States. Every year they ask LGBT folks all over the Nation to submit photos of themselves taken on a date. This year it was November 9,2012 . The photo here is our submission.

Chapter 53--Hurricane Sandy

 

                                Close encounters!  


Scott's account- I was cleaning the grill on our porch at 7PM on the evening of November 3rd, 2012. I saw a truck come down the drive towards our property line and stop. I immediately thought that it was a PPL truck as it was five days after Hurricane Sandy and we still had no power. I walked up to the driver's side of the truck and was initially blinded by the lights since it was so dark outside without power. I had on my headlamp. I said "identify yourself". The driver, still sitting in the truck, replied "it's Brett Schneider". I said "what are you doing here?'...he replied that he was "helping Jesse with the generator". Jesse was at the rear of the truck and was muttering something. Schneider said to me "this isn't your property, get off the road". I walked away towards the property line and Schneider said "get back here!" in a threatening demeanor.

When we filled out the Police Report back in 1994, describing the activities of Jesse's Father, Leonard, the Police charged Leonard Repash with Stalking. We believe that is exactly what Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider are doing now and have been doing for too long. There are dozen and dozen of incidences and dozens of recorded events that we believe are best described as Stalking. Often our beloved dog alerts us to events.

Chapter 51--Harassing Gun fire

I haven't updated the blog for some time. That doesn't mean that there haven't been any incidences worth reporting . We stopped calling the police because  we believe they always try to make us look foolish when  they arrive. We suspect some sort of payback since we questioned them . We believe calling to report the gun fire which isn't legal to do in the township under these circumstances, puts us in a compromising situation because we believe the Police are hell bent on making us look like asses. A few months back another neighbor was sighted by the police for doing what we believe Jesse and Brett have been doing and the police make a joke of us. The last two Police reports claim that we are not hearing real gun fire but "toy cannon fire". But we haven't stopped compiling evidence. We have many dozens of the stalking gun fire iphone videos meant to get the maximum attention, today was no exception. We believe we are being harassed and taunted.

 This was shot on  June 16, 2012 around 5:50 p. m. as I was preparing to cook our  evening meal which we do on the gas grill every saturday night year round. The stalking gun fire is done to our schedule for maximum effect.

Scout's Honor

   For some reason , I still have this shoe box of Boy Scout badges . I was a Life Scout, a few merit badges short of being an Eagle Scout.I was also a member of the OA-Order of the Arrow

This was an event that we found disturbing. We believe it 

was staged. As we have said, we have schedules and it 

isn't that difficult to monitor our activities. Scott had just 

gotten back form the walk and we saw and 

heard Jesse Repash coming back from the bottom of 

his property and the Gun fire started almost immediately. 

Like he said the coast was clear.  Nothing subtle. I have ne

ver been in combat but I have seen and heardnews

 accounts of combat , something similar. It was 

very disturbing. Read parts of the letter for more details. 

But what was interesting is that we read a Crime 

Report in the local paper some time after this event.
