Scout's Honor

   For some reason , I still have this shoe box of Boy Scout badges . I was a Life Scout, a few merit badges short of being an Eagle Scout.I was also a member of the OA-Order of the Arrow

This was an event that we found disturbing. We believe it 

was staged. As we have said, we have schedules and it 

isn't that difficult to monitor our activities. Scott had just 

gotten back form the walk and we saw and 

heard Jesse Repash coming back from the bottom of 

his property and the Gun fire started almost immediately. 

Like he said the coast was clear.  Nothing subtle. I have ne

ver been in combat but I have seen and heardnews

 accounts of combat , something similar. It was 

very disturbing. Read parts of the letter for more details. 

But what was interesting is that we read a Crime 

Report in the local paper some time after this event.

I just finished my walking and I was in the kitchen. I was checking my mail, it was dark, it was 8:15 PM. I heard a single gun shot coming from the rear of Brett Schnieder's property, outside our kitchen door. Kobe started to bark. I turned off our deck and porch lights. The video included in this mail was taken from our deck door. I was concerned about going out in full view. I had no idea which direction the gun was pointed when being fired but heard the sound and it was close. we still have a bullet hole in our dawn to dusk security light.

I just finished my walking on the treadmill and I was in the kitchen. I was checking my mail, it was dark, it was 8:15 PM. I heard a single gun shot coming from the rear of Brett Schneider's property, outside our kitchen door. Kobe started to bark. I turned off our deck and porch lights. The videos included in this mail was taken from our deck door and our drive. I was concerned about going out in full view. I had no idea which direction the gun was pointed when being fired but heard the sound and it was close. We still have a bullet hole in our dawn to dusk security light and Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider were never questioned in the Police report we requested of the event.

Here is a video our motion activated security camera noticed on March 18, 2012. The movement at the property line isn't enough to trigger it but the headlights are. Lights will trigger the system. Anyway, we can sense when Jesse is all jagged up. Here is a display of Harassment. Note that he is going down the shared property line on his John Deere tractor. Note that he has a light shinning over onto our property to harass us. He goes by, then quickly turns around and comes back by again. Note on the second video he is shining lights onto our property. Scott saw them coming into his studio window and they shine on our lawn. That evening there was more activity.

We are creatures of habit. It isn't a challenge to track our activities. We are on a schedule and keep regular hours. We eat about the same time everyday ,we take the dog for his walk about the same time. Scott gets the bus  to NYC about the same time etc. If this is the so called "Gay Life Style", we don't have the spare time to swing form the chandeliers. Anyway, we eat at the same time.

                            Why the sawhorse?

We have a  saw horse barrier at the shared property line on Nursery Lane, our 911 road. We use to have it open but all of a sudden cars would come down, at all hours and turn around and leave. If you saw the circumstance, you would agree that it was suspicious We believe it was staged. Because out of no where, it started to happen.  Being a Gay Couple and being fully aware of how unpopular that is, we are on our own in protecting ourselves. It was alarming to be waken by cars in your drive.

12/31/ 2011 events

It was around 5:45 PM Dec. 31, 2011 and Scott had just stepped out the kitchen door to take down the vegetable matter to our compost pile and rapid gun fire came from near the property line (about 60 feet away)... from the Repash property—above the shared road. It was dark and the gun fire was close. Like they were waiting/stalking since we have the same cook out ritual and time table every week all year round on a Saturday night. The first round of gun fire came from near the spot that Jesse and Brett or his son

occupied earlier in the day. Then I came out and more gun fire happened near our pond-the person shooting was walking around. Total of about 20 shots from a high caliber over a period of 10 minutes—very brazen. We both got some iphone recordings of the gun fire with the flood lights next door etc.. Earlier in the day, Jesse was standing near the property line near the new feeder stand that is placed so he can get a view of our front porch and pretend he is feeding the birds.  We believe it is a convenient spot to stalk us and
pretend he is performing a chore, but a very inconvenient spot to refill and maintain on a regular basis. We believe he is totally obsessed with us and at his breaking point.
