Chapter 58--Routine?

                                Stalking ?

We decided that we were going to winterize our push and riding mowers. We back our car out of the garage and back it up the drive on our land. We park in on a slight angel to block the view from the Repash Property. Not that we have anything to hide. It is just that we don't like an audience when we do chores. There have been saturdays where we have done this and we beleive it  just set Jesse Repash off. Like rearranging the furniture in a house to mess us a cat. One of the reasons we started to do is is because Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider have sat on Nursery Lane, the shared dive, in lawn furniture for hours, yes hours on Saturadays. Yes we have evidence. The record is 5 continuous HOURS on a saturday. We cross the drive to get to our garage and often Jesse Repash and Brett Schneider have made calls of sorts, mockingly waved to get our attention as we went to and from our garage. They bait us to look and investigate. We go to our garage because we actually put things away when we are not using them and we keep our lawn and garden tools in the garage. Anyway we find being stalked intrusive and we have reasonable expectations when we do our chores that we don't have an audiance.

Chapter 57--Giving Thanks?

It was around our unusual time to take our dog fore his walk. He so looks foreword to  it. We heard gun fire start about the time we usually begin. We believe that Jesse Repash is an obsessed stalker, much like his father and is determined to be a part of our lives.  I believe it is more of a matter  with Brett of keeping your friends close and you enemies closer or the enemy of my enemy is my friend. We do believe that it is simply a matter of time before Jesse goes off. He painted himself into a corner and keeps digging the hole we believe he is in. Anyway, we are determined to take the walk on schedule and will not let Jesse Repash determine our schedule or control our activities. I have learned that if you are afraid of someone loosing control, that is a form of control.

Chapter 56--Mating Call?

                                  Night Rider

We sense that Jesse Repash believes he is cunning and has magical powers. We also believe that the Lower Saucon Township Police have conspired to protect he and Brett Schneider.  Not a healthy combination of elements.   Guns, Alcohol and anger make often lethal cocktail. Jesse just doesn't seem to get the bigger picture.  Just because we are Gay doesn't mean we have no property rights. We still do our Saturday evening Cook-Aught. Jesse is an obsessed stalker to us.  On Nov. 17, 2012 , Jesse had to perform.

Chapter 55--Gun Fire

What really pisses me off big time is that Jesse Repash knows that Scott was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer 3 years ago and that hasn't prevented he and Brett from escalating the harassment/stalking durning his treatment period and recovery.
More gun fire. It was Nov. 17, 2012 at 5:07 and we believe we heard gun fire. It is a weekly event now. The video narration pretty much explains itself. The video is done from our living room window, it is getting dark. We believe it is Brett Schnieder and not Jesse-we have our reason for that belief.. We don't go out on the deck because we have no idea what direction the gun is being fired. We believe it was Brett because when the gun fire stopped we heard an ATV go over to Alpine Drive and then drive up Alpine to Brett's house on Alpine Drive. They bait us all the time. We don't call the Police because they Police mock us by claiming in reports that we are not hearing real gun fire but "Toy Cannon" fire.

What do you think?

Chapter 54--Why we stay?

                                  Mink stole!

Why we stay?

It was an early November morning and Scott went to what we call the "pond window" after he got out of bed to open the blind. He rarely does that but this morning there was a revelation. We don't buy fish for our pond because  we live in the country and it is impossible to totally protect them. We have create many different sorts of fish hides to protect the fish from the Blue Heron and Great White Egret. But we didn't realize that there were other active predators who have more skill at swimming under water and staying under for the time it takes to get food. The fish hide in our fish hides. We have dozens of various frog families that have taken up habitation and some snapping turtles. So when Scott looked out the window and saw vigorous water movement, he called me.

A Day In Gay America is a project initiated The Advocate Magazine. I recall reading that the advocate is the oldest Gay Publication in the United States. Every year they ask LGBT folks all over the Nation to submit photos of themselves taken on a date. This year it was November 9,2012 . The photo here is our submission.

Chapter 53--Hurricane Sandy

                                Close encounters!

Scott's account- I was cleaning the grill on our porch at 7PM on the evening of November 3rd, 2012. I saw a truck come down the drive towards our property line and stop. I immediately thought that it was a PPL truck as it was five days after Hurricane Sandy and we still had no power. I walked up to the driver's side of the truck and was initially blinded by the lights since it was so dark outside without power. I had on my headlamp. I said "identify yourself". The driver, still sitting in the truck, replied "it's Brett Schneider". I said "what are you doing here?'...he replied that he was "helping Jesse with the generator". Jesse was at the rear of the truck and was muttering something. Schneider said to me "this isn't your property, get off the road". I walked away towards the property line and Schneider said "get back here!" in a threatening demeanor.
